Electrode paste

Electrode paste is used  for forming  continuous self-baking electrodes (Soderberg electrodes) in electrical thermal furnaces in  ferrous, non-ferrous metallurgy and chemical industry.

The above values are average values and they do not constitute a specification

At the consumer's request the coefficient of flowability can be set within a range from 1.6 to 2.8 with accuracy of ± 0.2, for example Cf=1.8±0.2

Geometrical dimensions and weight of SBEP and LBEP blocks (including positioning of two pairs of non-through (blind) holes for gripping blocks with load-lifting mechanisms) depend on the equipment and are not regarded as rejection values. The hollows after shrinkage of the paste during LBEP cooling are not regulated.

SBEP can be shipped in (750±50)kg Big Bags.
